Our Story
How Lemongrass Bistro came about. It has always been
my childhood dream to have a restaurant to call my own. After working
for many great chefs and luxury hotels over the years, I have developed a
style combining the flavors and tastes I have learned into our menu.
Lemongrass Bistro is a Asian Inspired Cuisine with insparation coming
from Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Hawaiian cultures.
